Jacobs Brand Management is a company that was started by a mother-daughter duo. JBM helps to manage the brand of athletes and other professional sports personalities. Specializing in sponsorships, public appearances, public image, and social media presence.

JBM was formed out of  Ms. Jacobs 20 years of experience with USA Boxing, Inc. as an official and a member of various national level committees.  She served multiple Board of Director positions with Potomac Valley Association, USAB, Inc.  From this experience and exposure, she formed many relationships with executives, promoters, media outlets, local universities, non-profit organizations and countless athletes. 

Candy serves as Vice President of the DC Boxing Hall of Fame, launched the Palmer Park Day Boxing event in honor of her late father, Dave Jacobs, orchestrated the origination of the Team Gary Russell All-Star Boxing Summit, liaison for the Belfast Beltway Boxing Project, Haymakers for Hope fundraiser for Cancer, McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University fundraiser and the Boone Warrior Fight Night.

Janisha is responsible for event planning, everyday operations, social media management, developing ideas for events, and event operations. While working with JBM, Janisha has learned how important it is for professional athletes to have a brand that is well received by the public. The management of said brands is important to JBM and Janisha makes sure to uphold that standard. Janisha has worked in the sports industry for over 5 years. Janisha has a BS in Sports Management/Business Administration from Towson University.
